||The size of hialuronic acid molecule is 75 microns. The size of skin pores is about 40 microns. It is impossible for molecule of hialuronic acid to cross the layer of epidermis.

It is big molecule was divided into smaller ones (<40 microns), which were then encapsulated into the nanoparticles. These structures can easily penetrate the skin pores and migrate deeply.
